Studio Khimaira, under supervision of studio-head Wyatt Winborne, delivered all visual effects for Doug Aitken's groundbreaking piece, Lightscape.
Combining a feature-length film, a multi-screen fine art installation, and a series of live musical performances. The film is anchored by legendary works by Philip Glass, Steve Reich, and Meredith Monk, conducted by Gustavo Dudamel.
The piece made its debut at the Walt Disney Concert Hall on November 16th, accompanied by live musical soundscapes performed by LA Philharmonic and the Los Angeles Master Chorale.
